Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. cancellations will be charged the full amount if not adhered to.
This policy is binding no matter what reason is given.
Deposits are non refundable.
Please fill out the online consultation form before your appointment, I will not do any service until this form is filled out.
please be on time for your appointments.
For returning Clients please only choose the Magpie Gel Manicure option if you plan on returning every 2-3 weeks for re-apply. if you leave it more than 3 weeks you will be charged £5 extra for detailed prep work and extra time.
Please be aware, Saturdays are my out of hours premium days, I charge 15% extra for my time. This will be charged once you book in and a link will be sent to you to pay before your appointment.
I require payment in full on the day you book your appointment, your appointment is not secure until it is paid in full. If you do not pay when rebooking and another client pays for your slot before you, your appointment will be cancelled and your time slot will be taken.
As COVID is doing it’s rounds again I ask you please do not come to your appointment if you have any cold or flu like symptoms.
